Aran Knit Afghan Update

I completed my sixth aran knit pattern square - the Moss Diamond Cable. The losing pattern is the Honeycomb Cable. I liked it the least when I put all the squares together. Now I need to make three more of each pattern - only 15 to go!!!! I just might try doing three at a time (same pattern of course). This would work out nicely as long as I don't mess up on the pattern. It might actually make me pay attention better - yeh, right ;-)

Amy - Looks like the whole link didn't get into my last comment. Go to labels and click on Aran Knit Afghan then go to the August 5 post. There is a link there.

Oh wow. I didn't expect such a quick reply, but thanks! You just solved a problem I've had for several months! Now I can make a nice knitted blanket for my best friend who is moving in a few months. :) Thanks once again!

By the way...would you mind if I asked you about one or two of the patterns if I stumble on a problem? If I could that would be great. If not nevermind. I thank you for all the help you have been already

Amy - Feel free to ask questions. Hopefully I can help. Before I decided which designs to use, I knit up several different patterns to see which ones I liked best. It was narrowed down to 4 patterns for my blanket, but you can do whatever combo you want. I found that some patterns I just didn't like doing! Have fun.
