Scarves

A couple of years ago, I crocheted this scarf using some of my favorite color combinations. It is pretty long and heavy, but I have worn this a lot. Actually, Ali was the first to wear it at an outdoor neighborhood Oktoberfest. The only yarn I'm sure about is the orange - it is Lamb's Pride. The pattern was made up and can't remember exactly what I did. Essentially I chained the length I wanted and worked a shell pattern.

This is the Crossover Scarf from a pattern shown on the Knitty Gritty show on DIY Network. It was made with Di.Ve Butterfly yarn I had leftover from a purse. Actually, I still have some of this yarn!

My kitty Clara is really glad I'm dragging things out to photograph. She looks like a big meany in this picture, but she is a tiny little wimp.

Those are beautiful colors! I love jewel tones, they are so comforting. Very fun scarves!
